Q: Do I need to buy a package in order to use your services?

A: No. We can provide you with any of the services/products mentioned, regardless of whether or not you buy a package deal. The packages are provided for convenience and as a cost-saving measure for the client.

Q: Do you have more promotional products than are displayed on your site?

A: Yes we do. We have access to the complete line (850,000+) of promotional products for you to choose from, however, if you are purchasing a package, we ask that you pick the products from those included with that package. If you wish to add an additional product that is not offered in your package, you may do so at an additional charge. Please give us a call at 720-545-2211 or

Q: Why did I receive a different quantity of promotional products than what I ordered?

A:Due to manufacturing quality and production standards, there will occasionally be over/under runs. This is 'common practice' in the promotional products industry and cannot be controlled by The Business Seed.

Q: Can I re-order some of the promotional products when I have run out?

A: Absolutely, just give us a call!

Q: I already have a logo for my company. What format do you need it in?

A: We accept artwork files in the following formats; PDF or EPS. Please **If we are creating a logo for you, you need not worry about the format.

Q: I'm not sure if my artwork (logo, etc..) is in the correct format ...can you help me with this?

A: Yes we can. Please and we can provide you with a free evaluation. If we decide that your artwork needs a few changes you will be notified by someone on our artwork team about what changes need to be performed and if you will incur any additional costs.

Q: Do you offer environmentally-friendly printing for business cards, brochures, etc..?

A: Yes we do. Please request 'Green paper products' when you order your package.

Q: What is the cost of hosting after the first month?

A: Hosting is just $9.99 per month.

Q: What type of shopping cart is included in the Forest Advertising Package?

A: This package includes using the shopping cart from Paypal® which is tied to your personal or business account at Paypal®.

Q: Will I need to get a merchant account for the advertising package that has eCommerce?

A: No, this package is using the shopping cart from Paypal® and all of that is built-in.

Q: What if I need to make content changes after the website is launched?

A: Although we go through a series of edits prior to launch to make sure you are completely happy with your website, if you find there are changes needed, we can help you with that. There may be additional charges after the launch, but we are more than happy to change any part of your site at any time.
